KEDIPES has decided to suspend its ongoing actions in relation to the surpluses and to proceed with the announcement of a Voluntary Withdrawal Plan.

Following the previous announcements of KEDIPES for the need to reduce the number of the Company's staff, through the abolition of jobs since the required reduction was not possible through the Voluntary Retirement Plan (VET), we announce the following:
KEDIPES was called by the Department of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance to mediate in a labor dispute, a request made by the unions SEK and PEO.
The Company responded to the call of the Department of Labor that her participation in these meetings is for information purposes only.
The Department of Labor Relations called on the parties involved to avoid any measures affecting the labor peace and asked KEDIPES to consider reducing the number of staff through a Voluntary Retirement Plan.
The Board of Directors of KEDIPES At yesterday's meeting, it decided to suspend the ongoing actions of the Company in relation to the surpluses and to proceed with the announcement of a Voluntary Retirement Plan. The Plan will be proposed to all the permanent staff of the Company for the departure of at least 60 employees, as a last resort to ensure workers' peace & nbsp; and achieving the necessary reduction of its staff. KEDIPES informed the Department of Labor Relations of its decision.
The SEA will be announced & nbsp; under the same conditions as in the 2021 Plan, provided that the relevant & nbsp; approval by the Tax Officer on the tax-free compensation.
Any consultation with the Trade Unions representing the staff will be limited to specific & nbsp; terms of the previous SAR. & nbsp;
