The Productivity Center announces the conduct of a training program entitled “Give your customers what & nbsp; they want. Find out how? Customer Service (SOP47) »lasting 14 hours. The program will be held in Nicosia, on 28/03 & amp; 30/03/2022 from 8:30 to 16:30 with the method of lifelong learning.

The need for training arises for training regarding & nbsp; the advantages of a customer-centric approach, the right customer information, the application of effective quality sales techniques and ways of good service, for effective promotion of the company's products or services.

By the end of the program, participants will have understood the concept of quality service, in order to professionally represent the organization to which they belong, to clearly understand the needs of the people they serve, to effectively handle difficult customers and to deal gently with complaints and objections.

The program is aimed at executives, whose daily routine includes the management and service of customers or people who come in contact with the public.

The program was approved by the HRDA. The companies/organizations that participate with their employees, as well as the unemployed, who meet the conditions of the HRDA, will receive the relevant grant.

The Eligibility is € 140.00 per person. The Grant of HRDA to companies/organizations that participate with their employees, who meet the criteria of HRDA is € 112.00 per person. In these cases the amount payable to the Productivity Center is € 28.00.
