With an announcement issued by the KOP, it condemned the placement of an explosive device in the building of the Cyprus Referees Association.
The announcement :
“The KOP condemns in the strongest possible way the placement of an explosive device in the building of the Cyprus Referees Association.
We express our support to the leadership and members of the Association and we call on the prosecuting authorities to investigate the case with the aim of solving it.
State, Federation, Associations and society in general we must send a resounding message that we support the Refereeing as a key axis of football and protect it from such illegal actions”.
