The last warning for dangerous buildings is addressed by the Municipality of Nicosia.
In an announcement, he informs the interested owners that, exercising the powers provided to him by the Law on the Regulation of Roads and Buildings, Article 15B, he has declared the buildings at 30 Areos Street (& Achilleos corner) Agios Savvas, 21 / 46.06.10, Pc. 139, Sq. A.
The owners of the buildings are invited to contact the Technical Service of the Municipality of Nicosia directly at 22797434 and to proceed with taking all the necessary measures to remove the danger.
Otherwise, it is stated, the Municipality will be able to enter the building ex officio, taking all measures to remove the risk, and / or impose an administrative fine of up to € 20,000, and / or to promote a criminal case.
