The Lexus Cycling Dream Team, as of today, is the 180th member of the SupportCY organization of the Bank of Cyprus, responsibly declaring its presence in supporting the vulnerable groups of our society, especially children.
The Lexus Cycling Dream Team is made up of 7 high-ranking executives from the business world of Cyprus, who combined their passion for cycling with the charity work. In recent years, this group has become known to the Cypriot public for the long and technically difficult routes it travels to raise public awareness of the health problems affecting young children.
It is worth noting that in the last big charity route they traveled under the title “Agonas Agapi”, they managed to collect the amount of €16,000 in support of the TELETHON organization and more specifically children with muscular dystrophy.
The next big charity event and “Race of Love”, will be held on October 13th and 14th, covering a distance of 130 kilometers off-road from Filani in Nicosia, ending in the Diocese of Limassol, for the financial support of children with brain diseases and the Community of Saint Luke the Physician.
With this opportunity to admit the team to the SupportCY partner network, the team leader Mr. Dikran Ouzounian sends a strong message of solidarity and support that we all have to show, standing by children suffering from long-term and costly illnesses.
Because we owe it to them to offer them the quality of life they deserve!
