In response to a question about the next steps of the Ministry regarding the issue of multiple pensions, after yesterday's meeting with party leaders or representatives, the Minister of Finance said that “we will proceed exactly as we started, with persistence and with quick steps”, while expressing the hope that “there will be a corresponding response from everyone, because this issue must end once and for all”.
< p>On Friday, Mr. Keravnos had an informative meeting with party leaders and representatives on the issue of multiple pensions. In his statements after the end of the meeting, he expressed the determination of the Government to continue the effort on the issue of multiple pensions through a proposal that is legally enshrined.
He also noted that there was “a dense dialogue, there was too much discussion and opinions have been heard.” He added that there were also convergences, there were also different opinions, while another dialogue will follow.
