A member of the Fire Service, while on duty yesterday to extinguish a fire at a company premises in Limassol, was attacked by a 28-year-old employee of the company.
The member of the Fire Brigade went to the First Aid Department of the Limassol General Hospital, where it was found that he had a small hematoma in his neck and then he was discharged.
The 28-year-old was arrested on a court warrant and after being charged in writing he was released.
Kalo Chorio Police Station continues the examinations.
The search for the 28-year-old diver, who has been missing since yesterday, resumed this morning.
