Temperatures will rise to around 36 degrees indoors
Seasonal low pressure affects the area.
Today there will be temporarily increased clouds which in the early afternoon are expected to give isolated, mainly light, rains in the mountains or in the eastern half of the island. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest initially light, 3 Beaufort, soon to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and in the afternoon on the south coast strong, 5 Beaufort. The sea will generally become a bit rough. The temperature will rise to around 36 degrees inland, around 32 on the west coast, around 34 on the rest of the coast and around 28 in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will be mostly clear, although in the west there will be temporarily increased low clouds. Winds will be mainly west to northwest light and later locally variable, 2 to 3 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 24 degrees on the western coasts, around 25 in the interior and the rest of the coasts and around 17 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Friday and Saturday the weather will be mostly sunny while during the noon and afternoon hours, locally increased clouds are expected to give isolated rain in the mountains and possibly also in the interior.
On Sunday, clouds that will develop during the afternoon hours, are expected to give isolated rains or even a storm, in mountainous or even in the interior.
The temperature will gradually rise slightly until Sunday and will be close to the average climatic values.
