The Marine–Fields Holding Ltd, officially announced the completion of the acquisition process of BM Bergmann Marine GmbH in Hamburg on January 27, 2023, and is the culmination of the close and successful cooperation that has developed between the two companies in recent years. The two innovative organizations are joining forces to create a leading marine services and solutions team.
The acquisition is another step in the development of Marine –Fields Holding, a member of the Tototheo Maritime group of companies, which brings together the expertise and resources of BM Bergmann Marine, an established provider of marine consulting services, and Marine-Fields Holding, a leading company in the field of marine consulting services, digital solutions and training.
