The four suspects appeared in a Russian court on Sunday with serious injuries
After the footage that went around the world showing the torture suffered by the four suspects in the terrorist attack in Moscow, the Islamic State threatened to “massacre” Vladimir Putin.
The four Russian nationals, who identified as Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, 32, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 30, Shamsidin Fariduni, 25, and Mukhammadsobir Faizov, 19, were subjected to harsh detention conditions and appeared in a Russian court on Sunday with serious injuries.
Videos of torture
One video showed Rachabalizoda crying and screaming on the ground as Russian soldiers beat him with the stocks of their weapons, while a later video showed an officer cutting off his right ear and force-feeding him.
He later appeared in court with swollen facial features and a huge bandage on his right ear.
How the Islamic State responded
< p>The terror group, which twice claimed responsibility for the attack, said leaked images and videos of the abuse the terrorists suffered at the hands of Russian authorities only increased their “bloodlust for thousands of their brothers”.
The Islamic State also said: “To all the savage Russians! Stop torturing ISIS prisoners.” “Caution! Do not think that we have no opportunity to take revenge on you for our captive brothers. In Friday's attack, we proved to you that, God willing, the Mujahideen of the Islamic State can punish you for any horror of yours,” ISIS added, according to the Daily Mail.
“Expect a massacre, very soon,” threatens the Islamic State and continues: “This time, we will hit you so hard on the head that future generations, God willing, will remember you and those pains and hurts of the past will be forgotten “.
“Yes! Very heavy, deadly, bloody, hot and destructive blows. Wait! Expect a massacre, God willing. Very soon, God willing,” warns the Islamic State.
