She appeared in Meghan Markle's Women@Spotify event at Spotify HQ. The Duchess of Sussex wore a black blouse with the slogan 'Women. Zoe. Freedom', which was written in the Farsi language.
Meghan was joined by two members of the Archewell charity, namely Executive Vice President of Communications Ashley Hansen and Foundation President Mandana Dayani. It is noted that both are from Iran.
Mandana Dayani then posted photos from the event with Meghan and Ashley and captioned it: “At an event today, Meghan spoke about the revolution being led by women and young girls in Iran, for the courage and bravery they display every day, as well as the defense of basic human rights.
“As an Iranian who left her homeland in pursuit of these very freedoms, I could not be more grateful for the way whom she chooses, time and time again, to stand up for women around the world”
