The position description
The Senior Manager Tourism and Destination Marketing Manager will have the primary responsibility to create synergies with tourism professionals and promote brand services through all relevant channels. It will guide a group of highly committed individuals, get in touch and guide a network of tourism operators in order to build effective relationships and create new value propositions.
Qualifications and training
Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in Marketing & Destination Marketing
Experience in dealing with a wide range of markets and channels is considered a strong advantage
Experienced in B2B, promoting luxury destinations
The start-up experience will be considered an advantage
Skills
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Strong organizational skills
Computer literate
