ΥΠΟΙΚ και συ&nu ;τεχνiες συμφoνησαν για τους χα&mu ; η λ p> </p> <p>In agreement with the Ministry of Finance on the issue of low-wage employees in the public and wider public sector, the Trade Union Organizations PASYDY, OHO – SEK and SIDIKEK – PEO.</p> <p>In their joint statement they state that the agreement covers all employees, permanent and indefinite, as well as new entrants.</p> <p>Specifically, the agreement provides for the implementation of an accelerated promotion within the combined scales A2-A5-A7(ii) which means that when an employee reaches the point of Class A2 corresponding to the initial level of Class A5 he will be placed in Class A5 and when he reaches the point of Class A5 corresponding to the original Class A7 will be placed in Class A7.</p> <p>Additionally, for serving employees, their salary promotion to Class A7 is provided after a total accumulated service of 18 years, which includes any service in Cl.A1.</p> <p>In the announcement it is stated that the agreement will be implemented through the 2024 budgets.</p> <p>“In view of the aforementioned positive outcome, the three Trade Unions consider any mobilization unnecessary&#8220 8221?, the three trade unions report, noting their finding that “through intensive dialogue in institutionalized frameworks, mutually acceptable arrangements are achieved in serious labor issues for the common benefit”.</p> <p><noindex></p> <div class=Source: 24h.com.cy
