An agreement has been reached for the sale of 21 apartments to foreign investors at the Dream Tower in Limassol.
LA Business Consultancy Ltd announced its successful mediation, for the conclusion of an agreement for the sale to Israeli investors of 21 apartments in the Dream Tower in Limassol. & Nbsp; The 27-storey tower is the result of the cooperation of HKCY Hotels Ltd & nbsp; with a well-known Cypriot lawyer.
The agreement, which is one of the largest investments & nbsp; made in the real estate market in recent years in Cyprus, is vital as it confirms in the best way that foreign investors continue to trust Cyprus and its economy despite the difficult economic climate that prevails at international level.
Christos Neokleous, CEO of HKCY Hotels Ltd, said after the deal was completed: The successful completion of this agreement in the midst of the uncertain climate that currently prevails around the world, once again confirms the resilience of the market in Limassol and the confidence shown by foreign investors in the construction sector in Cyprus and especially in the unique project Dream Tower Residences is ideally located just a few steps from the beautiful blue coast of Limassol on Amathus Avenue. It consists of 91 apartments on 27 floors of one, two, three bedrooms, as well as two four-bedroom maisonettes.
The PPA, architects of the project, have established themselves as one of the leading architectural offices in Cyprus and the wider region. The Dream Tower was designed so that the building occupies the smallest possible area on the seafront while the rest of the development is a rich series of hard and soft landscaping, creating luxurious spaces for residents, plenty of greenery and unrestricted views.
< The development is surrounded by luxury five-star hotels, boutiques, excellent restaurants and cafes while residents can take advantage of everything Limassol has to offer, & nbsp; from the sandy beaches with the Blue Flag to the intense life for which the city is famous.
