The “Career Afternoons”, the series of educational support and training seminars presented by the Polydynamo Municipal Center of Nicosia, in the context of project “Information and Training Center for Employment and Business Activity – KEEAED” to ensure equal opportunities for everyone in the labor market are back!
On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 18:00, the workshop entitled “Successful Interviews” will be held with the speaker Ms. Aimi Bafa, Specialist in the Human Resources Sector.
Interviewing skills are directly linked to your employment. It is a series of skills that can highlight your character, your capabilities and other aspects of yourself.

A few words about the presenter
Amy Baffa holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Essex and an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from CIIM.
Since October 2012 she has been working at Human Asset, initially as a Recruiter and since 2016 as Manager of Recruitment and Advisory. Aimee is responsible for a well-diversified clientele providing high-quality search and selection services with a presence in various countries including Cyprus, Greece, Russia, Romania, etc.
Her recruitment expertise spans a wide range of disciplines including Sales & Marketing, IT & Communications, Trade, Engineering, Hospitality, Procurement. Through her daily contact with professionals, she provides guidance and support to people on how to identify and find the right position with the right employer.
