Changes in the composition of the Risk and Remuneration Management Committees of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited.
Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announces that , the Board of Directors of the Bank decided the appointment of Ms. Miranda Xafa to the Risk and Remuneration Management Committees and Mr. Kristofer Richard Kraus to the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank, effective from 28 February 2022.
