New entry in the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus

The Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (“BOC Holdings”) announces that on February 26, 2021 the European Central Bank approved the appointment of Mr. Nikos Sofianos as a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd. The appointment also applies to the Board of Directors of BOC Holdings.

Mr. Nikos Sofianos will chair the Audit Committee and will participate as a member of the Risk Management Committee.
