The new Board of Directors of the Association of Owners of Leisure Centers of Paphos (SIKAP), which has been active for 35 years, was elected in the context of the 13th General Electoral Assembly held today at the Attikon Cultural Center, according to an announcement.
The new nine-member Board of Directors of SIKAP consists of Nikos Mattheou, Giorgos Neophytou, Stelios Nikolaidis, Angelos Onisiforou, Petros Petrou, Leno Savva, Giorgos Solomou, Savva Stavrou and Eleni Christodoulou X “Kostis.
As mentioned, the official part of the General Assembly of SIKAP will take place at the end of November 2021 in the presence of, among others, the Deputy Minister of Tourism Savva Perdiou and the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works Giannis Karousos.
In the context of the General Assembly, the outgoing President Neophytos Thrasyvoulou gave an account of the work of the Association, which focused on contacts that have been made with the Ministries of Labor, Communications and the Ministry of Tourism.
Among the issues discussed, the announcement added, is the problem of finding staff, the issue of the airlines' flight program for the extension of the tourist season, but also the issue of the new categories of centers that will be formed.
Also in the context of the General Assembly, the problems of the sector were highlighted, which were recorded and will be forwarded for solution.
