Atlantic Insurance Company Public announced that the board of directors of the company decided on 25/10/2021 the appointment of Mr. George Koutsos as a new non-executive member of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Koutsou has many years of international experience in the private and wider public sector, having taken senior management positions in the financial sector with specialization in banking, corporate, risk management, private investment and providing strategic advice. He has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Financial Stability Fund, Partner of Deloitte, Director of Investment Banking of the National Bank, Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group and Founder of a private equilty start-up bank. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and holds an MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Imperial College London.
