New placement AKEL – “Those who accuse us of isolationism obviously want Cyprus to be exposed to dangers”
New position from AKEL on the presence of American forces on the island and the political confrontation .
As he states, “AKEL's position is that the government must handle the explosive situation in the region in such a way that we limit ourselves to providing humanitarian aid and do not become part of the problem by involving Cyprus in military plans and actions”.
