From today, Monday, March 1, new relaxations in the restrictive measures against the spread of the coronavirus come into force.
As of today, the students of the A 'and B' Class of the public and private Lyceums and Technical Schools return to the schools, while the return of the students of the Gymnasiums will take place on March 16.
Also, from today there will be the reopening of conservatories, tuition centers, training centers and other afternoon activities, with physical presence of up to two people, including the teacher (1 student and 1 teacher).
Also, the reopening of visual arts and galleries, according to the guidelines and the health protocol of the Ministry of Health and the reopening of gyms, dance schools and other indoor sports facilities, including swimming pools, based on the instructions and the first. Specifically, the reopening of the gyms will be done only for the purposes of individual training with a personal trainer keeping the distances. Also, in closed sports halls up to 80 sq.m. the workout will be done with two people including the trainer (one to one).
In closed sports halls over 80 sq.m. and up to 200 sq.m., physical presence of 3 people (1 to 2 athletes). In closed rooms of more than 200 sq.m. physical presence of 5 people (1 to 4 athletes).
Also, from today, the team training and the holding of matches of all the team sports of Category C start again, under the conditions that apply for the team championships of Category A and B, and according to the protocols of KOP and KOA, while access will be allowed on nature trails for sporting purposes and street vending and flea markets other than food.
From today, visits to nursing homes will be allowed, under the conditions set out in a protocol of the Ministry of Labor.
The Ministry also announced that after consultations with the Ministry of Health, from now on and for as long as required, the presence of high school students in schools will require a weekly negative diagnosis in a rapid test.
The home restriction will remain in force from 9.00 pm until 5 am, while changes will also apply to the list of text messages.
In Category 5, the move to visit nursing homes or care facilities is added.
For travel for individual sports or training purposes in gyms, dance schools and other facilities and nature trails, Category 6 will apply.
For going to organized bazaars in Open-air markets, Category 2, while for going to fine arts and galleries, Category 9. All other categories remain the same.
