Nicosia Mall is expanding its operations in Limassol with the development of a modern mall in collaboration with Papantoniou Group.

The shots of in relation to the opening in Limassol, Nicosia Mall officially announced. He has already submitted an application for the issuance of a planning permit for the construction of a new shopping center in Limassol, specifically within the commercial and industrial zone next to Jumbo, within the boundaries of the Municipality of Athanasiou. In this project it is expected that he will proceed in cooperation with the Papantoniou group.
Project Features
The new shopping center has three floors, impressive spaces and around 105 shops and is expected to fill the gap in the city's market. Among other things, it will include clothing and footwear stores, technology, dining areas (restaurants and cafes), movie theaters and a playground.
The modern Shopping Center will be built within the Commercial and Industrial Zone next to Jumbo, within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Agios Athanasios, on plots of land that do not have direct proximity to a residential zone, which is why the disturbance of the residents of the area will be avoided .
2nd semester of 2024
It should be noted that the application for the issuance of a planning permit has already been submitted since the 1st semester of 2023 and at this stage all relevant studies (architectural, environmental, traffic, commercial impact) are being examined by the competent authorities.
Construction work for the new Shopping Center is estimated to begin within the second half of 2024. The cost of the investment is expected to reach approximately €120m, while upon completion of the project 1,000 new jobs will be created, contributing significantly to both the local and Cypriot economy in general.
It should be noted that Nicosia Mall is a company of Cypriot interests, as in important Cypriot business groups such as Zorpa Group, PHC Group, Athienitis Group and VLM Group participate in this.
