In the occupied territories, the “Ministry of Health” announced 105 new cases of coronavirus after 8,539 tests in the last 24 hours.
As it was announced, 85 construction workers tested positive for the coronavirus, while it is reported that all measures are being taken to limit further transmission.
Another five incidents are contacts of other confirmed cases. 95 of the cases were located in occupied Nicosia, one in Kyrenia, 2 in occupied Famagusta and 2 in occupied Morphou.
In total, the cases in the occupied areas amounted to 7,229, while there were 33 deaths.
