Today, at 8:30 a.m., the employees of the State Health Services Organization are going on a two-hour warning stop.
They are protesting against non-compliance with the commitments of the Health and Safety Executive, regarding the conclusion of a collective agreement for the staff who were hired with contracts.
An attempt to suspend the measures was made yesterday afternoon by the Minister of Health, Michalis Hatzipantela, in a meeting with representatives of the trade unions and OKYpY.
< p> Mr. Hadjipantela listened to the positions of the trade unionists, while the State Health Services Organization committed to submit a new proposal on Monday, which would form the basis for further negotiation.
The Minister of Health informed that he will have a new meeting with those involved, after the new proposal has been sent by OKYpY.
