The background for the “green” defense is known

Omonoia suffered its first defeat in the league against Anorthosis (2-0), with ” greens' to be asked to regroup in the midst of disruption and come back improved. What is being talked about a lot is the performance of the team in the second half, where they conceded the two goals, while this seems to be a more general problem this year.
The “clover” conceded 12 goals until now in this year's “marathon” with most coming in the second part of the matches. More specifically, seven goals were conceded in the replay, while another two were in stoppage time in the first half.
Therefore, 3/4 of the goals conceded by the “clover” came after the 45th minute. It is a matter that requires attention since most of the time these goals “bleed” points.
The most egregious example of course was the match against Karmiotissa, where the “greens” conceded three goals after the 45th minute and lost. the three points while they even led with a two-goal difference.
In the last match against Anorthosis, the “greens” again conceded two goals in the replay (65', 90'), where they were inferior to the circumstances .
Clearly it is a matter that August will have to study, as several times in the replay the capital team appeared less focused and conceded more goals.
