A 28-year-old man who was re-arrested last Saturday after escaping with a 34-year-old man who is still wanted, was brought before the Paphos District Court today, before the expiration of his detention order for eight days.
for trial in the Criminal Court and it was decided that for the burglaries he will remain in custody until the beginning of the procedure on April 3 while for his escape he will also remain in custody until March 15. He is expected to be transferred to Central Prison on Friday after securing a negative coronavirus molecular test.
