Karolina Pelendritou makes Cyprus proud once again
Great success for our Karolina at the Para-Swimming World Championships.
Carolina Pelendritou won the gold medal in Manchester in the 100m breaststroke in the SB11 category with a new competition record with a time of 1:19.97.
The 36-year-old managed with the strength of her soul to win the coveted gold and she kept the Chinese Ma Jia (1:20.72) behind her by 75 cm, with Nadia Baez from Argentina third (1:32.29). medal in the 50m freestyle in the S11 category, making it 13 in her career at World Championships!
