INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr. oats
  • 120 g. strained yogurt
  • 120 g. banana, in pieces
  • 40 gr. honey
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 kg. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 kg. vanilla extract
  • 3 kg. olive oil, for frying
  • 1 banana, sliced, for 
  • garnish 
  • peanut butter, for serving
  • blueberries , for serving

    EXECUTE

    Step 1

    Put in the bucket 100 gr. oats and grind 10 seconds/speed 9.

    Step 2

    Add 120g. strained yogurt, 120 g. banana, in pieces, 40 g. honey, 1 medium egg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix 10 seconds/speed 5. Clean the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

    Step 3

    Bend again 5 seconds/speed 4.

    Step 4

    Heat 3 teaspoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan pan, over medium heat. For each pancake, ladle the mixture into using a small ladle, without crowding it and bake for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles begin to pop on the surface of the pancake. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 1 minute. Place the pancake on a serving plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve the pancakes with the sliced ​​banana, peanut butter and blueberries.
