The planning for the 3rd phase of regeneration in Latchi is in the completion phase. Yesterday the scholars of Efpalinos Meletitiki Ltd. presented their final plans to those affected in the area and to the municipal council. This is a project which includes the area from the bridge after the Municipal Beach at the borders of the Municipality of Poleos Chrysochous to the Souli Hotel which is an area of Neos Chorio. The project cost estimate was estimated at € 2.7 million and will be co-financed by both local authorities. the parking lot, the existing road network, which will be replaced for the creation of a sidewalk and the change of the route of the road network in some places with the creation of a new road network at the borders of the Municipality of Polis and the community of Neos Chorio.
