Surprises are hidden by the lists of candidates that the AKEL provincial committees send to the provincial election conferences tomorrow. Yesterday, the party's provincial committees proceeded to rank the candidates for the May parliamentary elections. Among others, the Nicosia Provincial Committee ranked first the AKEL MP and Parliamentary Representative, George Loukaidis, 8th in a row the AKEL MP and Spokesman, Stefanos Stefanou, 15th the Nicosia – Kyrenia Prefecture, Christos ), the first in crosses of preference (16,847) in the parliamentary elections of 2016, Irini Charalambidou.
In Limassol, the AKEL Limassol provincial committee ranked Yulia Khovrina-Komnenos, from Russia, first on the list, while the lawyer and president of Monogony, Argentoula Ioannou, in 15th place – Ms. Ioannou was the first runner-up in Limassol of 2016.
In Famagusta, first on the list is the current AKEL MP, Giannakis Gabriel, the 8th place causes a sensation for the provincial secretary of Famagusta, Chrysanthos Zanneto, while only in 13th place is the internationalist / political analyst, Charalambos Chrysmos.
