The message is, I repeat, our readiness to participate not just in the informal, but in a substantive dialogue based on the announcement of 25 November 2019 which defined the parameters that are none other than the joint statement of 11 February 2014, the convergences that had been achieved until then, but also of the six points, of the parameters of the Secretary General.
