No announcements have been made yet, he said, as he explained the airlines were waiting to see what happens with the plan by the Ministry of Transport and Hermes Airports.
Since this has also been closed, continued Mr. Perdios “I am sure that in the coming weeks the necessary decisions will be made by the airlines and they will inform us in time about the new year and their new schedule”.
He added, however, that usually these announcements are not made before the end of November or the beginning of December. He also said that it is a very good moment when this decision was made and “it will help a lot”.
The Deputy Minister of Tourism Savvas Perdios also stated that the goal for the matter of the Marina in Potima of Paphos is the political decision to be taken before the end of the current government's term.
