The first athlete in hoops history who wins three Olympic medals
Sarotikos once again was Leuteris Petrounias who a little while ago won the bronze medal in Parisand became the first in hoops to do so at the Olympic Games!
Specifically one hundred years after the final inclusion of hoops in the Olympic Games of Paris in 1924, hoops remained the only one of the six individual sports of the instrument men's in which there had never been an athlete with three Olympic medals in his collection.
