The new Bentayga Extended Wheelbase is a raised SUV that received an increase of 180 mm, as its wheelbase, from 2,995 mm. reached 3,175 mm. At the same time, the seats incorporate special sensors to measure the pressure on the entire surface of the seat, making the necessary adjustments in six pressure zones for ideal body support and reducing fatigue on long journeys.
It is still noted that through a touch screen the rear passengers can electrically adjust the seat in 22 directions, while there is also the possibility of retracting 40 degrees. Between the rear seats is a heated central armrest, which when closed allows a third rear passenger to be transported for short distances.
Also, for the first time in a Bentley model, we find the possibility of electric closing for the rear doors. Next to impress us is the “Bentley Diamond Illumination” hidden lighting system on the door panels. The light emerges through small perforations just 1 mm in diameter. on the leather door panels. According to Bentley there are 12 and 22 Led lights in each of the front and rear doors respectively. The new Bentayga Extended Wheelbase features the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which works with an 8-speed automatic transmission, while producing 550 hp and 770 Nm of torque, allowing acceleration from 0-100 km/h within 4.6 seconds. and a top speed of 290 km/h.
