There is planning and discussion with all the relevant Ministers in order to proceed with specific announcements, either renewing measures or new measures to deal with punctuality, the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulidis said on Monday strong>s, noting that relevant decisions will be taken by the Council of Ministers.
In an observation by a journalist, in his statements after the Solemn Doxology for the national anniversary of March 25th, that on April 1st some important measures taken to relieve the world from punctuality expire and when asked if there are thoughts of renewing them or replacing them , said that there is planning and discussion with all the competent Ministers “to proceed with concrete announcements of either renewal of measures or new measures”.
“It is something that in matters of internal governance, it is the highest in our priorities, in the matters that concern us. We know very well the data and the needs of the Cypriot society and we will have announcements in this direction”, he said.
He said that “we will talk concretely when the time comes with the completion of the measures”.
“I don't want to proceed now (in announcements), there are many ideas before me from all the Ministers involved and relevant decisions will be made in the Council of Ministers”, he said .
