Pelekanos responds to AKEL Larnakas – “An offshoot of the zeroing effort” – The PtD is touring all over Cyprus with a pair of scissors in hand, says AKEL
The Government responds to AKEL regarding positions for the projects in the city and province of Larnaca and the new controversy that broke out over the Vasilikos Fire Station.
As reported by Government Spokesman Marios Pelekanos, “AKEL Larnakas might have preferred that Larnaca did not change, that it was not a very different city today than it was in 2013″.

He notes that they prefer to operate as a branch of the effort to zero out the project and the legacy left by the Anastasiadis Government.
“Instead of another answer, we refer them to the statements made just the day before yesterday by the Mayor of Larnaca, who is a member of AKEL. There they will find a mouth-watering answer to their attempt to falsify reality,” he concludes.
PtD tours with a pair of scissors in hand throughout Cyprus
Earlier, in a statement, AKEL Larnaca opened fire saying that President Anastasiadesbefore leaving the presidency decided to tour with a pair of scissors in hand throughout Cyprus and to cut ribbons. Among the projects he is inaugurating is the fire station at the Energy Center in the industrial area of Vassilikos. 2018and inaugurates it 6 days before the end of his term, in 2023. In the meantime, during this 5-year absence of the station, three large fires broke out in the area with several consequences for the health of the residents of the area.
