The Parliament, during the voting of the mentioned bill in Law, amended the above article 3 and established the new Municipality of Akama, which consists of the Municipality of Pegeia and the communities of Akoursos, Innia, Kathika, Kato Arodes, Kissonerga and Pano Arodes. also amended the new Municipality of Polis Chrysochous to consist of the Municipality of Polis Chrysochous and the communities of Agia Marina (Chrysochous), Androlykou, Argaka, Gialia, Drousia, Crete Terra, Makounta, Neos Chorio (Paphos), Neon Dimata, Pelamos Monster and Goldsmiths.
2. The bill entitled Communities (Amendment) Law of 2020 as originally submitted before the Parliament by the Ministry of Interior, in March 2020, stipulated that in Paphos District the complex of community services “C” would consist of the following communities: Kato Akourdalia, Pano Akourdalia, Akoursos, Androlykou, Kato Arodes, Pano Arodes, Drousia, Theletra, Innia, Kathikas, Kritou Terra, Neo Chorio kai Tera.
The Parliament, during the passage of the above bill in Law, abolished the aforementioned complex of community services by including some of these communities in the Municipalities of Akama and Polis Chrysochous, while it included the communities of Theletra, Pano Akurdalia and Kato Akourdalia in other services.
