As stated “in the context of a meeting with senior officials of the office of the Communications Commissioner, Mr. Giorgos Michaelidis with representatives of Primetel and Signal Capital, necessary clarifications were given regarding the changes in the governance of Primetel and the necessary safeguards for the smooth operation of the company and the uninterrupted provision of the services it offers to its subscribers”.

A meeting of the Commissioner of Communications, Mr. Giorgos Michailides, the assistant Commissioner, Mr. Petros Galides and the Director of the Commissioner's office, Mr. Antonis Antoniadis, with representatives of Primetel and Signal Capital took place on Monday, July 24, 2023 at the Office of the Commissioner for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Post Offices (GERIET).
