An American woman has recently filed a lawsuit in New York against Prince Andrew, whom she accuses of sexually assaulting co-worker Jeffrey Epstein, when she was still a minor, at his home near London.
According to court documents, the lawsuit was reported to Queen Elizabeth's second son on August 27, while he was away from home.
Other documents in the possession of the French Agency state that a first, procedural hearing, in which the prince does not need to be present, will take place on Monday.
Virginia Geoffrey, who has already publicly indicted the Duke of York, filed a lawsuit against him Aug. 9 in federal court in Manhattan. According to her lawsuit, the prince is “one of the strong men” to whom she was “given for sexual purposes” at a time when she had fallen victim to Jeffrey Epstein's network, between 2000-2002. Geoffrey was 16 at the time. Epstein was charged in the US and remanded in custody but committed suicide in his cell in the summer of 2019.
