The President of the Republic, & nbsp; Nikos Anastasiadis received today, at the Presidential Palace, the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mrs. Margareta Cederfelt and a delegation of the Organization. & nbsp; During the meeting President Anastasiadis stressed that the Government's goal is to resolutely tackle corruption and promote transparency and accountability by consolidating the rule of law in our country.

President Anastasiadis informed Ms. Cederfelt on the policies implemented by the Republic of Cyprus in the fight against corruption, emphasizing that the Government strengthens its policy of zero tolerance by taking measures, formulating legislation to prevent and combat the phenomenon and drafting a National Anti-Corruption Strategy, within the framework of an integrated plan.
