PwC Cyprus signed a Memorandum of Understanding based on the Cyprus Diversity Charter, in a move that is part of the broader framework of initiatives undertaken by the organization to achieve its long-term goal of creating a working environment with respect for diversity and inclusion.
The Cyprus Diversity Charter is part of the European Platform for Diversity Maps, an initiative of the European Commission since 2010. It is a pioneering project that offers detailed information, guidance and support, as well as a dynamic network at national and European level, encouraging companies and in Cyprus to develop and implement inclusive policies in the workplace. In other words, it is a valuable tool in the context of the effort to combat discrimination and promote equality at work.
Promoting diversity and integration in the workplace is a top business priority of PwC Cyprus.
