According to People magazine, the Duchess of Sussex's first job when she returned from the hospital was to video call Grandmother Elizabeth to meet her namesake.
The source said that “Prince Harry and Meghan were very excited and eager to share the news that they had given birth to their daughter”, with the Queen excited by the fact that their daughter was given her caressing name.
