QuickPay is constantly evolving and becomes even easier to use as it adapts to the daily needs and “wants” of existing and new Bank of Cyprus customers.
Now, in the smart services it provides a new feature “Split the Bill” is added.
Users can share the amount of their joint account, while “Request Payment” and QR code services for instant payments through the QuickPay screen come to frame the new innovation.
How does it work?
After connecting to the BoC Mobile App, the user selects the amount of the charge from their account and selects the “Split the bill” service. He then adds from his list of contacts the people with whom he will share the bill and adjusts the amounts corresponding to each of them accordingly.
Having completed this process, his contacts will receive a notification push with the amount they have to pay, while the user can monitor through the app the completed and pending payments, while also being able to send reminders or cancel the request at any time.
