All children who will attend the school in the coming school year 2024-2025 have the right to attend (for Primary and Special Schools, children of all grades 1-5, for Public Kindergartens, children of all public departments, all ages).

It is emphasized that no exemptions will be given either for partial studies at P.O.S. or for early withdrawal, due to any extracurricular activities.

Participation in the feeding program is mandatory and is implemented under the responsibility of the Association of Parents/Guardians of each school, and the costs of feeding are borne by the parents/guardians of the children themselves.

Students whose parents/guardians receive a Minimum Guaranteed Income in the current year have the right to receive a subsidy for their feeding (a necessary condition is the presentation of the “Certificate of Family Unit” form, which is provided by the Social Welfare Services). Students whose parents/guardians received assistance from the Social Welfare Services during the current year, based on article 11 of the Minimum Guaranteed Income and Social Benefits Laws in general, have the same right.

Also, this right has children under the legal care of the Social Welfare Services (children's shelters, foster families), as well as students whose parents/guardians are assessed as indigent, according to the school's Advisory Committee.

Part of the feeding will be subsidized with a flat rate and the rest will be paid by the parents/guardians. It is emphasized that, for lunch, bringing food from home is prohibited, both because of the risk of it spoiling and for issues related to cultivating healthy attitudes and avoiding inequality.

In cases of children who have difficulties adapting to the POS program (either due to fatigue or due to other personal difficulties), their parents/guardians are invited to work closely with the teachers of both the morning and afternoon zones, to deal with of these problems.
