Risk of new settlement from the abolition of visas for Turkish citizens

The liberalization of Turkish passports (visa regime) in the EU opens the gate for a new form of settlement, which the free areas of the Republic of Cyprus will undergo. Currently it would not be possible to implement with Cyprus the abolition of the visa for Turkish citizens, because we are still under occupation. If Turkish citizens have the right to enter the member states for three months (180 days), what will happen if they enter the free areas of the Republic of Cyprus and then cross over to the occupied areas? Who will collect them?

Under these circumstances, how can such a formula, together with the upgrading of the Turkey-EU customs union, be a positive tool for the efforts to resolve the Cyprus issue? How can such a process be exchanged for the lifting of the embargo, which Ankara imposes on ships and aircraft of the Republic of Cyprus? Can ground be created for positive developments and pressure on Ankara, so that the Republic of Cyprus is recognized by Turkey, instead of us through the EU recognizing the occupied territories as a separate entity?
