MATERIALS
For a large salad, enough for 6 people:
7 glasses of spinach leaves
Or a bunch of chopped dill
30 gr. walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 crust sheets (each sheet cut in 2)
200 gr. feta (cut into rectangular pieces 5cm x 2cm)
Olive oil for spreading “THE KING OF OLIVES”
For the sauce:
100 gr. olive oil “THE KING OF OLIVES”
80 gr. honey
60 gr. white vinegar
Salt Pepper
IMPLEMENTATION
1. First we make the “packages” of crust with feta. Take a piece of crust sheet and grease both sides with olive oil using a kitchen brush. Wrap in a piece of feta and fold it into a small package. Repeat until we use the whole feta.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place the packages in a non-stick pan. Bake for 10 minutes until the crust is reddish.
3. Make the salad sauce, beating all the ingredients in a small bowl, with a whisk.
4. Set up our salad: In a bowl put a layer of spinach, dill, a little sauce and nuts. Repeat and finish by placing the packages on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
