The aim of the negotiations, according to an announcement by the SEC, is to find an agreement that will lead to the renewal of the collective agreement.
“The positive outcome of the dialogue that will lead to the renewal of the collective agreement will create positive ramifications in the conditions and working conditions of the hotel employees and at the same time, it will act as a support in the better and smoother operation of the wider tourism industry”, he adds.
Finally, the SEC reminds that the Labor Relations Department of the Ministry of Labor has already held a series of meetings with the two sides .
