KEDIPES keeps 60 million euros for the purposes of financing the Plan of which it will be the implementing body
The Association of Credit Acquisition Companies & Administrators of Credit Facility Companies (SEDP) announces that its members have submitted a written expression of interest to participate in the Rent Against Installment Scheme, following the invitation of the Ministry of Finance to Cypriot Banks and Credit Acquisition Companies dated 7/17/2023.
It is reminded that the purpose of the Plan is to protect the Main Residence of vulnerable households through full settlement of the Credit Facility which is secured by mortgage(s) on the Main Residence, the market value of which does not exceed €250,000.
< p>KEDIPES maintains a reserve of 60 million euros in cash for the purposes of financing the
“Rent vs Installment” Plan of which KEDIPES will be the implementing body.
