The General Index fell 0.20% to close at 108.50 points
Small losses were recorded on Tuesday by the Stock Exchange after the marginal rise of yesterday's session. The General Index fell 0.20% to close at 108.50 points.
The FTSE/CySE 20 Index fell to 76.94 points, recording identical losses. The value was limited to the very low, for the time, levels of only €48,704.
Of the individual stock indices, the Investment Companies sector showed an increase of 0.77%, while the Main Market recorded a marginal increase in rate of 0.03%. On the contrary, the Alternative Market showed losses of 0.80% and the Hotels losses of 0.70%.
Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investment interest with €12,776 (no change – closing price €2, 58). Followed by the shares of Hellenic Bank with €10,428 (no change – closing price €1.80), Atlantic Insurance Company with €6,134 (down 2.22% – closing price €1.76), Logicom with €1,182 (without change – closing price €2.18) and Petrolina Holdings with €1,808 (down 0.89% – closing price €1.13).
Of the shares traded, five moved up, six down and six unchanged. The number of transactions was limited to 69.
