Spetses: Fire on a passenger ship – Extinguished by the crew and with the assistance of the fire brigade

According to the Coast Guard – Hellenic Coast Guard, no injuries were reported from the fire, nor marine pollution, while the sailing of the ship was temporarily prohibited until the restoration of the material damage and the presentation of a certificate of good seaworthiness by the attending classifier.

The incident is being investigated by the Port Authority of Spetses.
